Vournikas

Vournikas is a mountainous village in Lefkada island, located in a distance of 2-3 km from Sivros and about 10 km from Vassiliki.

At the small square of the village, there is a war memorial of the community "Vournikas" during the years 1897 to 1941.

Descending from the village, in the area of "Rodaki", you can find the old Monastery of Agios Ioannis Theologos.
